* Our "parts units" & parts are primarily archived for the purpose of restoration / repair of "Oak Tree Vintage" units first. Only if we do not have a "viable" unit in yet, either already in process or in line to be processed, that may potentially need parts from a "parts unit", will we release available parts for sale. As many of you know, the restoration of a unit can be a long, time consuming process. We may "lock up" parts that we may potentially need in the restoration of a unit. Parts are priced by the "potential value" of the unit they can be applicable to (meaning the amount WE would be willing to pay for the part if that was all that was standing between us having a "shelved unit" or a valuable / sellable unit), time to extract, their rarity & their condition to name a few criteria. A non-response to an email request for a part (we may appear to have), likely means that we are still determining which parts we are going to need for the restoration or repair of one of our units. Again, the parts are first for the restoration of our units and secondarily for the public market. Since we list the parts available for ourselves, it is not much effort to modify the menu's for web publication. Frankly, publishing them to the web, in many instances, makes it easier for us to determine if we have the part for our needs as well. The alternative would be to not offer them at all to the public, however most parts are available to the public for sale. Thank you for your understanding.

Replacement Switch for broken bad Pioneer RG-2, SR-303, SG-9500, SG-9800 Switches- Tape monitor Processor Attenuator Attenuators *(4-pole switch will also work for Sansui 7070, 8080, 9090 DB receiver Audio Mute Switch) Replacement for most Pioneer ASG-212, ASG-213, ASG-313, ASG-214, ASG-316 and others.* (Click on above thumbnails to enlarge photos) NEW REPLACEMENT SWITCHES FOR PIONEER If the locking push switch on your RG-2, RG-9, RG-60, SG-300, SG-540, SG-550, SG-9500, SG-9800, SR-9, SR-60, SR-303, and other Pioneer EQ's, Reverbs, Dynamic Processors is not staying in, or will not lock, then here's the fix for you. May also fit other units. The original switches had / have almost a 100% failure rate after a few years. If yours is not broken yet, it will fail and probably soon. Failure is due to a plastic locking mechanism that is many years beyond it's designed lifespan. The plastic part that fails, is less than a mm thick, has a metal pin catching on it and is 25+ years old. Almost every time we bench one of the above listed units, the original switch lock will fail after being depressed 1-6 times. Even if the lock functioned when we purchased the unit we know it will either fail on us in restoration or on the buyer of the unit. These switches will replace Tape Monitor, Attenuator, Processor and other push-in / locking switches on vintage Pioneer Gear. We have both 12-Pin (4-pole, 6 pins per side) and 18-pin (6-pole, 9 pins per side) switches. They are a simple install for most electronic techs. Includes basic instructions. 12-Pin (4-pole, 6 pins per side) - $19.99 ea. 18-pin (6-pole, 9 pins per side) - $23.99 ea. We cannot get any output from the speaker outputs. The transformer does produce ~83-84 volts DC from it's supply. We don't know if this is correct or not. This M-400a has a great sounding left side, but a right side that shuts down at 1.5V output @ 8 ohms. What we know: Current draw at idle: 0.6 A Right channel output: 44.6 volts @ 8 ohms = 248 watts 39.5 volts @ 4 ohms = 390 watts Left channel output: 1.5 volts @ 8 ohms = .28 watts (tested into brick-wall load with 1kHz input) DC output; L = 11.5 mv, R = +9.3 mv All Front panel LED's function. REPLACEMENT FRONT GLASS FOR THE McIntosh MR-71 MR71 Stereo FM Tube Tuner We have new, re-production front panel glass plates for the MR71 MR 71 tuner. These are no longer available from McIntosh. They are cut to the original size and finished using black enamel (more durable than the original bubbling ink that was used). Looks GREAT! NEW $119. ea. SOLD OUT (Any jagged appearances is only due to digitization / compression in photo, actual glass panel has perfectly straight edges!) Unit delays signal to add depth and spatial effect to sound. Can either be used on main front channel speakers or even better on the rear speakers for the "Live" effect. Unfortunately this one has one side lower in volume and distorts out of one of the outputs. Fix or use for parts. We have cleaned the controls and tested. Great effect. Cosmetically also in great shape. Solid real Walnut wood panels look nice. Made in the USA and very well built. Semi- "WORLD AC POWER" as it will operate at 50 / 60 Hz AC.
