tapes. They are primarily being sold for display / photo purposes. They
are "pre-recorded" with gospel tunes. If you
wish to showcase your cassette decks or are selling decks, they are great
for photos. Unfortunately they are only a few minutes in length thus, not
much good for recording.

We have
completely gone through this unit.
All mechanics cleaned
and tested. Rubber pinch rollers have been
reconditioned, capstan burnished, heads have been cleaned and
de-magnetized as well as the entire transport. All internal pots,
switches and controls cleaned and tested for noise-free function. All
Fluorescent display segments working fine.
Both spindles in perfect alignment. FF, REW, & Play transport functions
all test perfectly and controls positively responsive. Eject doors
and changer mechanism operates smoothly. Heads in "like new"
shape as well, with many years of performance left in them and head
alignment / azimuth has been checked for peak performance.
Plays perfectly and after adjustment, records well at
-0dB on all tape type / NR combinations!
(and we really put them through the paces, testing both with well mixed,
recently recorded CD material and CD recorded / factory test tones
looking for correct head Azimuth and speed accuracy). Pinch roller and
heads all in GREAT condition!!!
Both level meters playback even.
Speed adjusted to 100% accuracy with 1kHz
factory test tape meaning that our 1kHz test tone tape, plays back at
1kHz on BOTH WELLS and BOTH SPEEDS! Deck looks like NEW, works and
sounds great!

We commonly will not give a "dubbing" / dual well cassette deck a second
look as there weren't many that were not simply two cheap decks in one
box. I KNOW, as I have sold hundreds of them new by just about every
brand. I always tried to persuade anyone looking for a "real" deck, to
generally avoid them and just get a good, single play deck or two single
play decks. "Dubbing" decks, as a general rule just didn't have quality
transports or decent specs. There were, however a handful of exceptions
that combined the convenience of a dubbing deck, with quality and we
have posted a few with our high quality single well decks! This
Pioneer CT-WM77R is one of those few! It's
super quality in design and build, and it's loaded.
Not only is it a double well, with Double Auto-Reverse, and Double-Well
Recording, Deck "A" is a 6 tape changer!
This is an incredible deck for performance and IT'S LOADED! It would be
at home in any audio system.

too. First cassette changer we've had and the
first I've seen since I sold an Aiwa changer when new around 1984.
You would definitely be the only guy on your block
with one of these.

well! Looks like new and sounds great. Deck includes a copy of original

Probably the best thing about this deck is how "tech friendly"
the circuit boards are on the inside.
This would make a great deck for lots of uses from
recording, to playback of your tape collection, to burning your tapes to
another media, however one use it would really be great for is it's
"relay" play / record, which records through one tape, then moves to the
next. This would allow up to 3 hours of uninterrupted use with two C-90
type tapes. Looks NEW and sounds great.

been reconditioned, capstan burnished, heads have been cleaned and
de-magnetized as well as the entire transport. All internal pots,
switches and controls cleaned and tested for noise-free function. All
displays working fine. Both
spindles in perfect alignment. FF, REW, & Play transport functions all
test perfectly and controls positively responsive on both decks. Tape
loads accurately. Meters zero even with symmetric input. Heads in "like
new" shape as well, with many years of performance left in them and head
alignment / azimuth has been adjusted with factory
test tones and an O-Scope for peak performance.
Plays perfectly and records incredibly well with high
quality, High-Bias, Chrome tape with the
following results - Normal tape; No NR = -3dB, Dolby B=-8dB, C=-8dB,
BMPX = -6dB, CMPX = -4dB. Chrome / High-Bias tape; No NR = -2dB, Dolby
