"As-Found" condition, but great candidate for making "play-ready" for beginner or intermediate player. All three valves in great condition, with only the most minor of internal wear. Body straight, with only very minor dimples. Has a couple of old solder repairs to two of the braces (see photos). No bent tubing. Finish has normal wear. All three original, valve key pearls intact and good shape. Spit valves also intact and in good shape. Spit valves and main Valves move freely, but should have overall tune-up to be playable. No mouthpiece included, but readily available for less than $20 from most music stores. Comes with original and functioning case. Cond. 7.5 $85.

Perfect for school, college or community orchestra use. Also would make a good "home practice" horn, if you need to leave your school instrument at school. Resonite body. Just freshly serviced by feel like "new". All of this was done by a local band instrument repair station / store that has been in business here in Colorado Springs for the past 30+ years. Horn looks, plays and sounds great. All keys adjusted, all pads & key corks checked and replaced where necessary, all springs adjusted as well as all key heights. Case good and serviceable. Body straight with old repaired minor dents. Original Silver plated finish in decent shape. Needs to have general tune-up to be playable. Comes with plastic flute case. NEW LISTING 8/11/07 (Click on above thumbnails to enlarge photos) SELMER / BUNDY SINGLE FRENCH HORN Circa late 1970's into '80's for sale Freshly serviced, Selmer / Bundy, Single French Horn. Great for students or project band. We just had all the valves cleaned and re-lubed, new valve strings installed and adjusted, most of the minor dents that were in the horn removed (that were practical to access), tuning slides cleaned and re-lubed. Entire horn was "chem-cleaned" to be sanitary and was test played. All original solder joints intact with no "re-solders". All slides and valves feel like "new". All of this was done by a local band instrument repair station / store that has been in business here in Colorado Springs for the past 30+ years. Horn looks, plays and sounds great. Original Lacquer finish in great shape (see photos). Original ABS case in great shape as well. All hinges and latches work fine and interior in great shape as well. No cracks or chips. Comes with silver plated, Vincent Bach #11 Mouth piece. Cond. 8.5 Freshly serviced w/ case $499.

Unknown brand, but made in Germany. Polished plastic body and nickel plated keys. Great shape. Currently playable. No missing or bent keys or mechanisms. No chips or cracks in any of the sections or joints. All keys / mechanisms move freely with good action both ways. Should get a standard overhaul to be perfectly playable and to at least be sanitized. Any band repair biz can handle this. No mouthpiece, but they are available at around $14-$16. KING SUPER 20 ALTO SAXOPHONE SAX SOLD 10/11/05 Circa 1968 Serial # 4374xx for sale Classic KING "SUPER 20" Professional Series Alto Sax! These are VERY sought after sax's. Recently out of the shop and ready to go. (We will include the receipt for the repairs with the horn.) Other than the expected normal wear to the lacquer finish (see photos and actually most pros' horn's typically have the finish completely worn off or removed for more "open" tone) the horn is in great shape. NO DENTS OR DINGS! Period! Features real "Mother of Pearl" key Pearls. Again this horn recently had a "shop" check-up, and received a "clean bill of health". Apparently the previous owner / player had had a recent overhaul done and it didn't need anything, as all the pads, springs, corks and felts are new. No bent keys, rods or rod stacks. All keys have great action including the combination keys. No Slop anywhere! Comes with it's original case with normal amount of wear, but lots of useful life. Also comes with a La Voz "Pad Saver" to extend the pad life and clean the horn, and a Yamaha "CUSTOM" 4CM mouthpiece, but most players looking at a horn of this caliber will already have a favorite mouthpiece in mind. This was owned by a "Pro" player and all his horns are professional quality and all had been taken very good care of. Anytime I see a La Voz pad saver installed, I know the player cared for his / her instruments! If you're looking for a great playing classic then here you go. YAMAHA YTS-61 PROFESSIONAL TENOR SAXOPHONE YTS61 SOLD 7/1/04 for sale Great playing condition Yamaha YTS-61 Professional Series Tenor Sax! This was their "Pro" horn for the late '70's to late '80's period. Yamaha horns, particularly this model saxophones, always get great reviews from players. Just out of the shop and ready to go. (We will include the receipt for the repairs with the horn.) Other than the expected normal wear to the lacquer finish (see photos) the horn looks good. No major dents. (Also the photos of the bell appear to show some "crinkles / body work". Other than a couple or three "pin head" sized dings it is perfectly smooth. That is unbelievably only reflections in the photos. Sorry for the poor quality photography). Features many "Pro" appointments including screw adjustable keys and mechanisms with cork bumpers, real key Pearls and key guard. Also features a one piece bell for clearer tone, warmth and volume. Again this horn just had a "shop" tune-up, but didn't need much as all the pads, springs, corks and felts are in new condition. No bent keys, rods or rod stacks. All keys have great action including the combination keys. No Slop anywhere! Comes with it's original "Pro" case with normal amount of wear, but lots of useful life. Also comes with a La Voz "Pad Saver" to extend the pad life and clean the horn, and a Brilhart #4 "Streamline" MP, but most players looking at a horn of this caliber will already have a favorite mouthpiece in mind. If you're looking for a "Pro" Tenor Sax, and want something older, but still with some technologically advanced features then Yamaha YTS-61's are one of the best choices. I have sold Yamaha horns for years in Colorado Springs and till the 62 came out it was the model we received the most requests from the Air Force Academy Bands and to the colleges looking for "Pro" horns. If you're looking for a "wall-hanger", a serious project or just like your instruments with a lot of "character" then this might be the "axe" for you. We believe it was a military issue horn as it has U.S. engraved in it from King. The valves are actually free and in decent shape. That's about all. The photos pretty much tell the rest of the story. Big and heavy in the case. The case measures 39" wide x 32" tall x 19" deep and weighs 53 lbs with the horn. In "as-found" condition.
