Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards over the phone as well as Paypal, cashier checks, personal checks, money orders and business checks.  Before ordering by postal mail, please phone or Email us regarding the item and the details of your payment selection.  Your item will ship once the payment in full has cleared our bank. 

For security purposes, do not provide your credit card details via Email.  Also, when emailing an order or inquiry, please include a relevant topic (i.e. Item Type / Brand / Model number) in the email "Subject Line".  Empty subject lines are filtered as "No Subject" by our spam filters and are deleted automatically based on our anti-spam settings.

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Postal Priority, USPS First Class or FEDEX/UPS depending upon the size of the package.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders that ship to locations in Colorado.

Speaker/Stereo Parts Requests
If you see the part that you need (or a pre-verified substitution) listed on our website, and it is not marked as "SOLD" please call us at 719-964-7205 to verify availability and to place the order. 

We update our parts pages daily so If you do not see your unit or part SPECIFICALLY listed, or the part you are seeking was already marked "SOLD" or "SOLD OUT", please DO NOT call or Email us regarding it.  If you do not see it listed, we do not have it and we do not know when it will come in.  Due to high phone and Email volume we are unable to retain a waiting list for parts.  If you do not see the part you are looking for, check our web pages periodically as we never know what will show up each day.

Appraisals
Due to high email and phone volumes we are unable to perform appraisals or establish the value of items you have or are thinking of buying from another party.
